The narrow contact form is currently enabled. Do not submit health or confidential data. ArgoVita is a pre-incorporation project in discovery, not an operating marketplace, medical provider, research site, or study sponsor. The public contact form is not designed or authorized to receive medical records, diagnoses, biomarker or genetic files, precise health histories, credentials, confidential research material, or similar sensitive data.
Section A
Scope
This notice applies only when the narrow contact form on argovita.xyz is explicitly enabled. The form is disabled by default unless the public build configuration is exactly set to enable it. It is not a participant consent form, research authorization, platform privacy policy, terms of service, mailing-list subscription, or permission for future data reuse. A new, specifically reviewed notice and consent framework would be required before ArgoVita could collect participant or health-related information.
Section B
Information collected
When enabled, the form asks only for:
- a selected contact interest;
- an optional name the sender chooses to use;
- an email address;
- agreement to this version of the notice; and
- limited submission metadata, including a submission identifier, server time, request identifier, and anti-abuse timing information.
The form has no free-text message field. As with most websites, the hosting provider may also process basic request and security information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages.
Section C
Purpose and exclusions
ArgoVita uses the submitted information only to review and respond to the contact request, prevent duplicate delivery, investigate abuse or delivery failures, and retain evidence of which contact notice the sender accepted.
Submission does not create an account, verify identity, enrol anyone in research, determine eligibility, create a commercial relationship, authorize marketing, promise a reply, or grant ArgoVita rights to health or research data. ArgoVita does not sell the form information or use it for automated medical, employment, insurance, credit, or eligibility decisions.
Section D
Service providers
When explicitly enabled, the contact path uses:
- Vercel to host the website and process the web request;
- Resend to accept and transmit the contact email; and
- Microsoft 365to receive and retain the founder’s mailbox copy.
Those providers process information under their own security, infrastructure, and retention terms. The current website source does not intentionally send form values to a third-party analytics product. Hosting and security logs may still contain ordinary request metadata.
Section E
Retention
ArgoVita’s pre-launch operating target is to remove or anonymize its working contact copy no later than 12 months after the last substantive exchange, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for security, a legal obligation, a dispute, or records of an actual transaction. Unsuccessful and irrelevant contact requests should be removed sooner.
This retention process is currently administered manually; no automated product database stores the form submission. Service provider backups or security records may persist for the periods described in provider terms. ArgoVita must verify its deletion procedure and provider settings before promoting the form at scale.
Section F
Choices and requests
A person may choose not to submit the form. The address below is reserved for privacy-rights requests: to ask what contact information ArgoVita holds, correct it, withdraw permission for further contact, or request deletion. It is not a general-enquiry or discovery channel. Email founder@argovita.xyz with only the information needed to identify the contact record. Do not include medical, health, research, credential, or other confidential details. ArgoVita may need to confirm control of the submitted email address and may retain a minimal non-content record of a completed request when necessary to demonstrate compliance or prevent renewed contact.
Section G
Security boundary
Email is not a secure participant-data channel. If someone sends health or confidential information despite these instructions, that does not expand ArgoVita’s permission to use it. ArgoVita should stop ordinary processing, restrict access, and follow its deletion and incident procedure.
Section H
Changes
Material changes require a new dated version. The form rejects a stale or missing notice version rather than silently treating old consent as current. A future platform, study, Voyage, marketing list, or reuse program would require its own appropriate notice and authorization.
Narrow collection. Named purpose. No hidden expansion.
