Document II·The Public Record

The Claims Registry.

What ArgoVita can support with evidence today, what it cannot, and what remains only a proposed design.

Version 2.0 · corrected 9 July 2026 · public

Earlier ArgoVita materials described proposed systems as if they were already operating. This version corrects that record. A design, sample workflow, draft protocol, planned role, conversation, or target is not a product, study, partner, team member, customer, or result.

This registry governs the website, the Captain’s Log, outreach, investor materials, press statements, and any future automated content. Where another ArgoVita statement conflicts with this dated record, the narrower and more recent verified claim should govern.

Section A

Current verified state.

Exists today

A founder-led project.

  • ArgoVita is a pre-incorporation project operated by one founder, Brandon Baney.
  • The public product is an informational website, a public claims record, working governance drafts, and a contact form intended for discovery.
  • The next work is customer discovery, participant interviews, legal scoping, and testing whether a narrow observational pilot has qualified demand.
  • As of 9 July 2026, no Voyage has run and no marketplace transaction has occurred.

Does not exist today

No operating marketplace.

  • No paid customer, funded pilot, or revenue.
  • No enrolled Argonaut or completed Voyage.
  • No outside funding or active institutional investor.
  • No incorporated entity. No incorporated-company suffix may be used.
  • No representation that ArgoVita is a medical provider, research site, clinical research organisation, IRB, financial product, or investment adviser.

Section B

Capabilities that are not operational.

The following items have appeared in earlier concept material. They are not current capabilities and must not be presented in present tense.

  • No public or private Agent API, GraphQL surface, OpenAPI specification, webhook system, API key, sandbox, or production integration.
  • No agent design-partner cohort and no autonomous agent acting as a counterparty.
  • No multi-pod operating organisation, retained legal or medical specialists, AI Operating System Architect, verifier stack, trust-and-safety function called The Watch, or external auditor.
  • No permanent public decision log is available for inspection.
  • No participant identity-verification, wearable or lab ingestion, risk-tiering system, consent platform, escrow, payout, dispute, adverse-event, or data-return system.
  • No lab, wearable, payment, insurance, clinic, research, investor, or distribution partnership.
  • No approved protocol, promised payout amount, guaranteed payment timing, public enrolment date, or open Voyage.

Section C

The proposed model under discovery.

ArgoVita is exploring whether a poster with a real research question might fund voluntary participation by adults in a carefully scoped project. “Voyage” is the proposed name for that unit of work; “Argonaut” is the proposed name for a future participant.

The first viable pilot, if any, is expected to be observational rather than an instructed health intervention. That direction is still subject to qualified legal and ethics review, consent and privacy design, vendor diligence, insurance, data minimisation, participant support, and a real poster budget. Observational does not automatically mean unregulated, low-risk, or exempt from review.

AI-agent participation is also a hypothesis. If discovery supports it, the earliest model under consideration would keep a verified human or organisation as the accountable principal. No endpoint or autonomous-counterparty design has been approved.

Section D

Contact information, privacy, and safety.

  • The public form is for contact and discovery only. It does not enrol anyone in a study, open an account, create a commercial relationship, or promise a response.
  • Contact information submitted through the form is used to review and respond to the request and is processed by the providers used to host the site and deliver email. Basic page-visit data may also be processed by the site’s analytics provider.
  • Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, biomarker files, genetic information, precise health histories, API credentials, or confidential research material through the public form or unsolicited email.
  • ArgoVita does not provide medical, legal, financial, or investment advice through this site.
  • Any future handling of health-related data requires a specific, reviewed consent and privacy framework before collection begins.

Section E

Evidence discipline and maintenance.

  • Revenue means money actually received, not a target, model, pipeline entry, conversation, or interest form.
  • A customer or partner must have an attributable commitment; a logo, introduction, or exploratory call does not count.
  • A live capability must be implemented and tested in the environment where it is claimed to operate. A mock-up, document, endpoint inventory, or code path without production validation does not count.
  • Future figures, pricing, market estimates, protocols, and operating models must be labelled as proposed, illustrative, or modeled and linked to their evidence where possible.
  • Material corrections receive a date and version. Prior materials remain in version history or a clearly marked archive rather than being silently repurposed.
